Competition Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.
The competition is being run by Dead Northern & TalkTalk

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Dead Northern & TalkTalk employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.

The free prize draw is open until 12pm on 27/11/2022. There is one prize available.

The Prize

·       1x 1 year of Joe and Seph’s subscription – popcorn delivered every month for a year

·       1x LG OLED55A26LA 55" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR OLED TV with Google Assistant & Amazon Alexa

·       1x  SONOS Beam (Gen 2) Compact Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos, Alexa & Google Assistant - Black

The use of specific brands as prizes by Dead Northern does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Dead Northern's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on 27-11-2022

Dead Northern will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Dead Northern reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Dead Northern for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Dead Northern accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

Dead Northern reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

. This free prize draw is open to UK residents with a valid UK postal address only.
 One winner will be randomly selected from the database of entrants who completed the prize draw online entry form.
Employees and family of TalkTalk, Dead Northern or any agencies connected with the set up of this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
No cash alternative. The winner will be contacted by email. The winner must confirm that they’re eligible and able to accept within 24 hours of the email being sent. If a winner does not contact us within this time period, we reserve the right to choose another winner at random from all other eligible entries. Prizes are subject to availability and if unavailable Dead Northern will provide substitute prizes of similar value – there is no guarantee of exact models or items. We may specify collection from the Dead Northern Head Office or delivery. ID and proof of eligibility may be required to receive the prize. Entrants must live within North Yorkshire. Prize may be withdrawn. Images are representative and are for illustration only. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Standard Dead Northern terms and conditions apply.
